Photoshopは.icoファイルが開けない
以下のプラグインを入れる事で、開いて保存出来るようになりました。
ICO (Windows Icon) Format
Telegraphics – Free plugins for Photoshop & Illustrator…and other software
解凍してICOFormat64.8biをphotoshopのプラグインフォルダに入れる
例 / windows64-bitの保存先は
